KMX Technologies has secured two major commercial milestones.

They have agreed to an exclusive lithium license agreement with Stardust Power, Inc. to support its efforts in 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀, 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 for Stardust’s North American 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻, including its upstream lithium assets and its upcoming 50,000 metric ton per annum lithium refinery in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

KMX also signed an LOI with TETRA Technologies, Inc. for three KMX proprietary Vacuum Membrane Distillation systems for produced water desalination. TETRA aims to address the industry’s focus on the 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀, creating 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 to help 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.
